Nordit architects now focuses primarily on residential projects in Kerala and other parts of South India, showcasing a commitment to the region’s architectural aesthetics. The firm has also made significant inroads into South India, engaging in a variety of projects ranging from institutional to hospitality and commercial spaces. The portfolio reflects a keen attention to detail, innovative design solutions, and a profound understanding of the cultural and regional nuances that shape each project.

Jefin Jose
Ar. Jefin Jose, the Principal Architect and founder of Nordit architects, has a rich and diverse portfolio that showcases his expertise across various architectural domains. With a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kerala University, he initiated his professional journey at RJA architects in New Delhi, gaining valuable experience and workers across many institutional, hospitality, and commercial projects across India. His career then led him to Bangalore, where he served as a senior architect in different firms.Returning to his roots in Calicut, Ar. Jefin Jose seamlessly blended his role as an associate architect with managing his own projects in Kollam, his hometown. This period of practice laid the foundation for his independent venture, Nordit architects. Established during the challenging times of the 2020 pandemic, Nordit architects, under his leadership, has emerged as a dynamic force in the architectural landscape of Kerala and beyond.
His wife Ar Sherin Elsa Samuel is also leading the practice along with him. They have a very creative and eminent team of architects, engineers and designers.
